Evaluate and Improve

It is important to measure system effectiveness over time, whether an intervention achieved its goals, and where improvements are needed. Often, we use a balanced scorecard to evaluate results against mission and strategic goals. Depending on the system, different evaluation metrics are collected, such as:

  • Changes in competency levels
  • Productivity increases
  • Resource savings
  • User satisfaction
  • Degree of alignment among systems
  • ROI data

Importantly, our evaluation process incorporates feedback loops that diagnose where changes are needed to improve results. We often build internal evaluation capabilities that enable clients to continuously evaluate and improve their systems.
