PDRI bases our custom learning solution development on a systematic approach with an emphasis on quality assurance. We use our adaptation of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology (also known as the Systems Approach to Training, or SAT) based on the ADDIE model as our guide. Analyzing existing materials and the learning environment is central to our approach with an ongoing emphasis on “quality through evaluation” encompassing the process, represented in the figure to the right. PDRI has successfully implemented this approach on projects for the FAA, US Army, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS ICE), FEMA, US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the IC.
