Workforce Development

PDRI is a leader in the design and implementation of workforce development programs that are aligned with Agencies' human capital strategies and that ensure that the right people with the right skills are available at the right time. PDRI brings extensive workforce development capabilities to our customers for the full workforce development life cycle, from needs assessment to evaluation. We have expertise in:

Workforce development is an arena where PDRI's extensive human capital expertise and training/learning expertise come together, resulting in innovative, practical, and effective development programs and processes. PDRI is a partner on both OPM TMA's Human Capital contract vehicle and OPM TMA's Training/Learning Solutions contract vehicle.

We have designed innovative workforce development programs ranging from interactive programs that facilitate development of social awareness and adaptability to automated sophisticated simulations that provide real time, customized feedback to participants.

PDRI has also developed an effective approach to career pathing that is being used in multiple Federal Government agencies. These career paths communicate training and development requirements; provide detailed development suggestions; and facilitate movement within and between occupations.
