PDRI has significant expertise tools that predict success on the job, identify gaps, and optimize the ability of organizations to achieve their overall objectives, performance goals, and bottom-line results. We have developed and implemented effective assessments, both customized or from our library of assessment content, for most Federal jobs. We can administer our assessments on a scalable automated platform that enables efficient delivery and immediate scoring and reporting. Our automated assessment delivery system is currently being used by DoD, DHS, and the intelligence community, among other Federal government and private sector organizations. We have developed every type of assessment format - multiple choice, written response, work samples, assessment centers, and structured interviews - to measure different types of knowledge areas, skills, and abilities including:
We also have expertise and specialized technology that enables us to develop writing and foreign language translation assessments that are automatically scored with the same or higher effectiveness than humans would score these assessments. Our automated writing and foreign language translation assessments are currently being used in multiple Federal government agencies. Our process for developing and implementing assessments includes ensuring that professional and legal guidelines are followed.
