- Prior to joining PDRI, he spent over fourteen years in leadership roles at a leading global human resource consulting firm, including several years living in Belgium and consulting across Europe and Asia.
- Ken consults in strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership assessment, and executive coaching.
- With thirty years experience, he has operated effectively in both large company environments and small, high growth situations.
Experience:
- Over fifteen years experience designing and delivering management and executive assessment programs.
- In addition to experience with US firms and executives, Ken has delivered assessments and executive development engagements with senior leaders in Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Spain & Portugal), and Asia (China, Singapore, Indonesia, & Japan).
- His design experience includes constructing assessment programs to the most rigorous and comprehensive standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability, in addition to engagement, realism, and impact for the participants.
