PDRI leads a multidisciplinary team of contractors providing applied research in personnel science to customers in the Army Research Institute. The current five-year contract was initiated in May 2023, and it continues a record of over 20 years of continuous PDRI support to the Army Research Institute and its human capital research activities. Our work has included studies of leadership development, Soldier adaptability, retention of Soldiers and officers, and many other critical HR issues affecting the Army’s recruiting, selection, classification, and retention needs.
