GSA MOBIS Schedule GS-10F-0059K, Management Organizational and Business Improvement Services

Since 1999, PDRI has offered MOBIS consulting services to federal agency customers, with experience providing streamlined, schedule-based service in a range of HR consulting specialties to the Government Accountability Office, NASA, the Drug Enforcement Agency, the intelligence community, the defense community, and many other U.S. government customers.

Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Science, DASW01-03-D-0016 COMPLETRS (Contract for Manpower, Personnel, Leadership, and Training Research Studies, ID/IQ)

PDRI leads a multidisciplinary team of six contractors providing applied research in personnel science to the customers in the Army Research Institute. This five-year contract was initiated in 2003, and followed a prior five-year ID/IQ (COMPRS) which PDRI also led. Our work has included studies of leadership development, Soldier adaptability, retention of Soldiers and officers, and many other critical HR issues affecting the Army’s recruiting, selection, classification, and retention needs.
